But if we look at as a whole , the whole story is SUCCESSFUL reform , where the minimization of the victim can be reached with the resignation of President Suharto . This must be our respect, because at that time the potential for a civil war is very large . Magnanimity national leaders and leaders of security agencies , including army commanders also deserve our respect .
